Question: What is the format of the classes?
Answer: Essay Advantage is offered over three consecutive weekends. The first two weekends consist of full day sessions on both Saturday and Sunday. The last session is a half day simulated exam session held on Saturday. In addition, a small group tutorial conference is provided.
Question: When do classes start?
Answer: Classes generally begin the third weekend in January (Winter) and June (Summer).
Question: Will I write exams in class?
Answer: Full sixty-minute essays will be written in class in addition to the outlining and essay skills exercises
Question: Will I get personal feedback?
Answer: On class days, the instructor is available for immediate answers to your questions. The essay grading is supervised by the local instructor who monitors your progress and offers personal feedback on your essay writing. Finally, the course ends with a tutorial conference so that you can discuss final study strategies and address essay writing issues.
